Silence Meal opened the second press trip, "Reflections on Sustainability and Cultural Heritage", organized in collaboration with Artpress – Ute Weingarten and numerous Finnish partners. The trip invited 10 international journalists for a unique exploration of the profound connections between contemporary art, nature, and sustainability. Offering a variety of perspectives, the journey fostered cross-cultural dialogue and sparked discussions on Finnish contemporary art, sustainable practices, and the country's deep cultural bond with nature.The Silence Meal was produced in partnership with the Finnish Literature Society and held at their historic national headquarters. The event brought together leading Finnish authors — Linda Bondestam, Kari Hukkila, Sirpa Kähkönen, Laura Lindstedt, Pirkko Saisio, and Iida Turpeinen — invited by FILI – Finnish Literature Exchange. The menu was crafted by Filip Langhoff and Linda Stenman-Langhoff, with table settings provided by Marimekko.
