Together with the Finnish Embassy in Berlin, the Silence Meal was produced during the exhibition “NEW.NORDIC.FASHION.FOOD.DESIGN.” Traditionally, Nordic design has always had quality, elegance, economy, timeless design and ecological care at its heart. The focus of this exhibition was creative and sustainable design and production in the Nordic countries. The Silence Meal’s menu was designed by the Finnish chef and forager Sami Tallberg.
