Hiap
Helsinki, Finnland
01.11. — 30.11.2013

The Silence Project began at Hiap – the Helsinki International Residency Programme in November 2013. HIAP residencies provide opportunities for international arts professionals to undertake creative work, conduct research, build networks and engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue with the HIAP community. Surrounded by the sea and wild nature, the team spent a month in silence on a small island outside of Helsinki called Suomenlinna. The processes were exhibited at the gallery Augusta at the end of the residency.
